It is common for a beverage kiosk selling coffee or bubble tea being part of a bigger restaurant. If you eat at the restaurant, you can order their beverages but the bill is separate. You can also sit in the restaurant if you are just having the drinks.
Roempi Coffee was part of another Indonesian restaurant, can't remember what they were selling but I think there was a fish in their logo. I was attracted to the affogato, which was kinda a joke.
The coffee in the affogato was probably 1/3 of the cup and then the cup was stuffed with ice cream. 老板不在乱乱卖 😂. Not nice lah. Wasted my calories.
Perhaps other drinks here are ok but why risk it when you have a guaranteed plus chop Mixue 10K freshly squeezed lemonade?
